The management is terrible. They have one small pool for the entire complex and it closes at SUNSET. It is supposed to open at sunrise but they do maintance in the morning so it stays closed...

They underwent a change of management with one day notice, and since then it has been a crap shoot. Management can't tell you how much you owe, changed the water service against what the lease...

For a rental it's ok but they have since kicked everyone out and "remodeled" to sell them as luxury condos. It's very noisy with the truck yards on both sides. The gas station allows truck parking...

If you enjoy views overlooking a gas station and shipping yards then this is the place for you. The gas station serves as overnight parking with idling trucks ALL night. Trucks arrive at all hours...
