HistoryFocused on the ideal of taking control of your health, Laura Steele established Steele Structured Fitness after completing her first Ironman Distance Triathlon in the beginning of 2013. Laura experienced first hand the affects of letting the everyday craziness of life get in the way with health and fitness, yet found the strength to reclaim herself and create a healthy track she now encourages others to find. It is through the personal experience from weight gain to weight loss and reclaiming her health and fitness, that the dedication and drive from Laura is easily passed on through motivation to her clients. With the focus of milestones and result driven training, obtaining goals not only becomes more realistic but doable. Starting out in an at-home studio garage, Steele Structured Fitness inspired those afraid to step foot in a everyday gym to feel comfortable training as if it was their own home. In 2014 Steele Structured open is doors to their new facility on James IslandSpecialtiesSteele Structured Fitness is a personal training studio located in the heart of James Island. We specialize in individualized goal oriented and results driven training that is designed around every client's wants and needs. Whether weight loss, strength, muscle gain or everyday functional movement the training programs at Steele Structured Fitness are created specifically towards obtaining those goals.
