Novant Health Lowcountry OB/GYN - Island Park

After growing up in Marietta, Georgia, I went to Auburn University before going to the University of Alabama at Birmingham for medical school. I remained there for my residency. \n My husband and I moved to Mount Pleasant in 2002, so he could start his dental practice, and I could begin my career as an ob-gyn. We've since expanded our family with two daughters. \n I've been with Lowcountry OB/GYN since 2010. I am a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and am certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. I'm also a member of the American Medical Association, South Carolina Medical Association, South Carolina Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and Charleston County Medical Society.

Dr. Maggie Evans provides obstetrics and gynecology care in Daniel Island, specializing in women’s sexual health and hormone management. She creates a safe, open space for women to discuss their concerns and receive compassionate, evidence-based care at every stage of life.
