History

Rocks was opened in coordination with our restaurant Midlands and the name is derived from our focus on a spectacular ice program to go along with our concept of hand crafted cocktails using fresh fruit and herbs grown on our very own rooftop! We are more than your average hotel bar and continue to focus on featuring local products from small craft distilleries and breweries here in the Midlands area.

Specialties

Power up and wind down with one of Rocks' signature moonshine cocktails or local craft beers, while collaborating with colleagues at one of our powered communal tables. We have a fantastic Ice program featuring the Macallan Ice Sphere Maker and Kold Draft Ice 1 and 1/4 inch by 1 and 1/4 inch square cubes to go along with our extensive line up of Bourbon, Scotches and Whiskies. Relax while enjoying a glass of wine at one of our plush sofas or chairs. The choice is yours.
