Established in 1961 as Philips Welding, Phillips Industrial Services specializes in industrial painting, marine painting, epoxy floor systems, fireproofing, hydro blasting, water jetting and industrial vacuuming. Located in Goose Creek, S.C., the company serves a variety of industries and organizations, including power generating stations, military, manufacturing plants, new plant construction, Navy and Coast Guard vessels and international work. It also specializes in power stations, tank linings, floor topping, vacuum truck services, etc. In addition, the company also offers complete coating package for the new carrier modification and fabrication building. Phillips Industrial Services is a veteran-owned small business. Carolinas AGC awarded the company Presidential Safety Award in 2008.
