I believe they are way overpriced. They ran a Black Friday for 65% off and I saw no reduction in price. They scoffed because I came in using a Groupon and said there was no way I would see results...

Bait and switch. They will run a special or promotion and then tell you when you come in that's not the service you need. The one you need is 400% more expensive.
