Not sure if it is training. I would consider that unlikely. As national chains have standardized training. But how effing hard is instant potatoes? Add water and stir. Am I missing something...

To me, their new chicken sandwich is more comparable to Popeyes than anyone else. And, this particular location handled the long drive thru line with friendliness and efficiency.
