Kayla Danielle LaFaver, DO

I have lived in Lexington, SC since 2005. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and went on to receive my master's degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies. I enjoy how broad internal medicine can be and I am constantly doing different things on a daily basis. I am challenged and am learning continuously about the most up to date recommendations in medicine. I enjoy reading up on the new recommendations and then educating my patients on these same practices. In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, running, and reading/listening to books. I also love being outdoors and hanging out with my fiancé, daughter, and golden retriever Cooper.

Andrea Alexander, WHNP-BC, completed her undergraduate studies at Clemson University, in Clemson, South Carolina, and received her master's degree in nursing from the University of South Carolina, in Columbia. She has more than 24 years of OB/GYN experience in various nursing environments, and a special interest in caring for high-risk pregnancies.

Hailley Story, MD, is an internal medicine physician with Prisma Health in Columbia, SC. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Story enjoys collaborating with individual patients and providing the tools and resources they need to be healthy.
