Nice hotel. Staff not so enthusiastic to see anyone- hospitality is blah. I sat at the bar waiting on mom & I had to ask the front desk man for wine. He shlepped over & poured a glass. Didn't say...

At 5:45pm our room wasn't ready. Had to leave for an event and they stored our luggage. After returning at 11:30pm, the staff was extremely rude about opening the storage room for our belongings....

You can not get work done in this hotel, do not come here for business. Their only WiFi option is so bad a 1gb video will not download in hours. They offer nothing else, just a we're sorry too...
