SUV was great but the service was very lacking I got upset instead of trying to be understanding I was given attitude they do not take prepaid debit cards but don't tell you that so gave them cash...

If I could give zero stars I would. They are absolutely the worst at this location. My car was hit by someone with State Farm insurance and gave me the run around also about not having any cars....

Small rental car facility, with helpful efficient staff. I was surprised by the location but, I bet it's helpful for Summerville locals.
