Quick and easy process. Called an order and came there and picked it right up at the counter. The sub was good and I had no issues while I was here.

Just not great, barely good. Disorganized staff, not so friendly. Subs mediocre and not the quality they used to be. Establishment not up to standards, a bit dirty, would never eat here...
