History
Expedition Carolina started out of the adventurous spirit of two college friends and frequent visitors to the scenic Lake Jocassee on their yearly camping trips. Kayaking from the visitor center to Laurel Fork Falls (about 3 hours), Daniel and Eric decided they wanted to share their adventurous spirit with Carolina residents, many of whom may be unaware of the true beauty in their own backyard. Starting as Jocassee Kayak Adventure, Expedition Carolina was born.
