Erica Lynn Lowing, MD

Erica Lowing, MD, is a general OB/GYN who received her medical degree at Penn State College of Medicine and completed her residency at Prisma Health in Greenville. Dr. Lowing then joined the academic generalist division of the Department of OB/GYN at Prisma Health in the Upstate, where she prioritizes patient education, health equity, patient safety and medical education. She provides general obstetric care at Prisma Health OB/GYN Center and general gynecologic care at Prisma Health Gynecology Specialists-Halton Village. She also cares for patients during their stay at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.In addition to general OB/GYN care, Dr. Lowing has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. She enjoys taking care of patients of any age, gender identity or background. Outside of work, Dr. Lowing enjoys spending time gardening, reading, traveling and exploring new places with family and friends.
