Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent here frequently for mostly business travel. The staff are professional and friendly and get me in and out quickly. I look forward to renting a car here!

I asked for a ride ... and they checked the mileage and the manager said "we rent cars... we don't offer rides" Rude as hell ... well my branch in Salisbury offers rides... any other branch offers...

this branch used to be decent. not any more. Poor leadership. Reserved a car, checked in online early, got to the rental location and NO car. Told I had to wait until they went to the airport...

We worked with Dennis and Wes and couldn't be happier with the service. We were treated courteously and they were extremely professional. We would definitely recommend them!

Horrible customer service never witness anything like this from a enterprise loction.
