This store absolutely struggles with everything. The brand's moto is " have it your way ", yet they mess it up every time. They can not get an order right to save their lives. Worst BK in the Upstate.

Horrible food hashbrowns were so hard like you reheated them a couple times. Coffee was so nasty. There was stuff floating in it horrible

I came in bc I like BK's Italian Chicken Sandwich. When I got my order, the chicken patty was hard and flat, not juicy. They also put it in a nasty cheap burger bun, not the bun it's supposed to...

They do not have my favorite burger the spider-verse whopper. It is false advertisement. I don't like it. I am very saddened
