We opened Brick Oven Pizza out of our desire to create original pizza "pies". Not wanting to settle for "fast food" pizza cooked on conveyor ovens, we decided to create brick oven pizza like our Italian grandparents used to make! We opened our own pizzeria and make pizza the old fashioned way, dough and sauce made from scratch and aged to perfection.

The place is an absolute gem!! Just riding through on the highway and randomly chose here. it's carry out only but has the most beautiful outdoor seating area. The home made ranch is INCREDIBLE!!...

Delicious pizza. Just opened, takes abit longer then the average place like dominos due to being cooking in a brick oven but totally worth it.
