Would give 0 if were possible. This bank sucks! Atm malfunctioned while making a cash deposit, so i now have to wait until they decide if they want to credit my acct. This is day 17!!!!

Worst bank it's 5:30 and I am standing line as 4 people behind the counter takes their time. I have never been in a Bank of America that operated like that. Kelly was especially slow.
