Ben was amazing and very helpful! Stopped for a sample ended up trying the new Oreo bites. Was skeptical but definitely won me over. Have to come back for there açaí bowls looked delicious

Went there in the mall on bottom floor ordered 1 salted pretzel and 1 cup cinnamon pretzel. The pretzel was hard and dried out and tiny.

If I could give 0 stars I would. At Auntie Anne's, they usually have a few pre made cups of pretzel bites in the warmer which is great! The problem is when you see an employee grabbing pretzels...
