Ashley Marie Wabnitz, MD

Kimberly Parker is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She recently graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the Medical University of South Carolina. She is also an APP fellow in Neurology interested in cognitive and headache disorders. Her career in nursing began when she graduated cum laude from Western Carolina University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As a nurse, Kimberly practiced in various inpatient and. Outpatient settings, including the operating room, endoscopy, home health, and behavioral health. During her training in graduate school, she practiced in the community at a local free clinic and provided care to patients during home visits.

Dr. Matvey Tsivian is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologic oncologist. Dr. Tsivian graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Bologna Medical School in Italy, followed by an internship and residency at Duke University Medical Center. He then completed a urologic oncology fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to joining MUSC Health in 2024, Dr. Tsivian was an Assistant Professor of Urology at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Tsivian is quadrilingual, with a fluency in English, Hebrew, Russian, and Italian. He has published numerous articles related to urologic cancers and participates in many genitourinary oncology clinical trials. Dr. Tsivian is the Director of the Urologic Oncology Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Ricardo Lopez Castellanos, M.D. is a board-certified neurologist specializing in Movement Disorders and Autonomic Disorders (problems with automatic body functions). He has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of blood pressure drops (orthostatic hypotension) and other problems with automatic body functions (autonomic dysfunction) in Parkinson's disease, Multiple System Atrophy, Dementia with Lewy Bodies and Pure Autonomic Failure. Other areas of interest include autonomic function testing, autonomic neuropathy, drug-induced parkinsonism, dystonia, treatment with botulinum toxin injections, and other movement disorders. He obtained his medical degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in San Salvador, El Salvador, followed by a clinical research fellowship in Movement Disorders at the University of Cincinnati. He completed his Neurology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, serving as chief resident and earning a national leadership distinction from the American Academy of Neurology. After residency, he completed a Movement Disorders Fellowship at Emory University, followed by an Autonomic Disorders Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Lopez Castellanos is actively involved in patient education and outreach through organizations like the American Parkinson's Disease Association, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, and the International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to improving education and neurological care for diverse patient populations in the U.S. and Latin America.
