Ordered gave me wrong order didn't check it til I got home just seen that there was 2 sandwiches and fries ordered a double got a reg classic called told them they wanted me to drive all the way...

When will Arby's corp do something about the Pickens location. Terrible service and the food isn't any better.

First trip to Pickens Arby's. Food was cold, my reuben had very little meat, and very little sauerkraut. Plenty of thousand island sauce. The person that took our order was very kind and polite....

We had the best service on Sunday, June 16th that we've had in years of eating here. Fast service, fresh, delicious food, and wonderful customer service!
