Muckenfuss, jr., john f. Hyland, and frank w. Ruddy, iii. Thomas e. Garbett joined the firm in 1980 and was admitted as a partner in 1984. Mr. William f. Muckenfuss, jr. Passed away in august 1992. In august of 1994 the firm name was changed to hyland, ruddy & garbett, cpas. On january 2, 2008, george l. Garmendia and james r. Swindal, iii were admitted as partners and the firm name was changed to hyland, ruddy & garbett, cpas, llc. Mr. Frank w. Ruddy iii passed away in september 2009. On january 1, 2010, heather aydlette was admitted as a partner in the firm.
