Like channel. Ten and 12 I had a problem. With a local. Merchant. I returned an item but the merchant never credited me. I turned to this station for help. And was ignored.

WLNE, the Providence market ABC affiliate, is a good station for its ABC programs and it has a news staff that does their best in coverage of news for RI and Southeast MA. It is not very flashy...
