Cute little spot. Staff is really friendly, the suite is spacious and comfortable. Pet friendly and welcoming of my dog. No elevator which both is at times annoying and adds to its charm.

The Pell was great! It's away from the "main drag", which offers a little more quiet. However, we were able to be in the heart of Newport with a quick Uber. The hotel room was spacious and clean....
