By 1984, Frank acquired a locally operated concrete company, Rite-Way Forms, Inc., in order to streamline foundation services to his customers. V&M Construction began taking on commercial construction projects in the 1980's through the early 1990's, and eventually shifted focus to building waterfront residential properties throughout the 1990's.
