We are an organic bakery, pizza shop, and bar, offering naturally leavened dough using regional and sustainably grown grains. We bake our breads and pastries fresh daily after a long, slow overnight cold fermentation to develop flavor and improve nutrition. We serve organic espresso by Canyon Coffee and our own fermented kombucha.

Beautiful location with indoor and outdoor seating. We had brunch, starting with the lemon donut which came out warm and tasty! It was light and delicious. Then we shared the frittata and quiche....

This little tiny spot was neat and well arranged, with a good use of space. Menu was eclectic, and everything we had was good. Service was quick abd pleasant.
