HistoryT3 Fitness was started in 2001, when Brian Rurak was a HS Physical Education teacher. An avid athlete and exerciser, Brian would see countless people at gyms exercising daily with few results. As a PE coach, he would see too many young athletes either with poor conditioning or performing exercises that were more detrimental to their sports performance while increasing their chance of injury than doing any good. So after earning his MS in Exercise Physiology he decided to leave teaching to instruct people safely, with purpose and benefit thru a logical and truthful exercise program and environment. The private fitness program was developed in order to focus directly on each persons needs. While the T3 Express, small group workouts, were developed for an economical and beneficial workout.
