Nightmare. Horrible. When we reserved the room they offered kitchen things and a coffee maker to rent and a "grab and go" breakfast. They discontinued both of these services on the day we arrived...

I had a pre paid reservation. My flight was delayed and I didn't get to the hotel til about 1 am. My reservation was cancelled at midnight and they had no rooms. I also didn't get a refund.
