they ask you to take a number, like at a deli, but then dont call any numbers and just say "next". some of the staff are wonderful, others are dismissive and unpleasant.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional, they screwed up my test and didn't notify me or my provider. I had to go there and find out myself. They need training on customers service.
