This is highway robbery when you order coffees and get this. The regular coffee taste burnt and the Coolotta is 3/4 of the way full

I come to this Dunkin' daily (2-3x a day for reference) and lately the order takers have quite literally became rude as hell. The attitude demeanor and all around the whole experience is horrible....
