The mission of Friendship Fire Company of Hellam shall be, through fire suppression and prevention, the preservation of life and property from the perils of fire and other emergencies that may occur in Hallam Borough and Hellam Township and lend assistance to other areas by the way of mutual aid when requested. We will provide this service in a professional manner, and in order to maintain this professionalism encourage our members to further their knowledge base in emergency services issues and strive to keep abreast of the current trends and practices in the fire service. We will provide our service in an economic and efficient fashion, yet provide a service that our residents have come to expect and be proud of. And to continue this service to our community and develop new friendships, we will actively recruit, educate, invest in, and make welcome, new people that walk through our doors.
