This location is fairly new and even from opening day it's been a mess as far as service goes. They take forever to make simple drinks like a plain black iced coffee. Their staff members are rude

They can't even make a sandwich properly. The meat, and toppings are supposed to be inside the bread, not just all thrown on all random.

Seems to be going downhill with their expansion. Could be my imagine but my last soft pretzel was stale and the pizza, though I haven't tried it, looks awful and seems expensive.
