Vna Hospice & Home Health
VNA Hospice, located in Olyphant, Pa., is a nonprofit agency established in 1989 as part of the Visiting Nurse Association. It is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is Medicare-certified organization. It also provides palliative care to the residents. It offers a wide range of services that include pain and symptom management, skilled nursing care, medications, counseling and education, nutritional meal and short-term inpatient support services. It also offers speech, occupational, physical and other support therapies. The center provides pastoral care and spiritual counseling and home medical equipment and supplies as well. It also has a 24 hours and seven day a week operation through the services of trained and experienced nurses. In addition, VNA Hospice offers bereavement services for family members.
