Pixie Paradise has been providing a quality early educational experience to families of Hazleton Area for over 20 years. Our dedicated staff members have been carefully screened by our management team to provide an enjoyable learning program for your child. Pixie Paradise is proud to be a part of several state programs further advancing the education of our children since their inception. Both Pre-K Counts and Keystone Stars are voluntary, merit based programs with qualifying factors to help parents understand the objectives of the early learning centers in the state. By participating in these programs, Pixie Paradise has gone beyond the role of a simple daycare to become an early learning center leading students to a life of quality education.

Head Start was founded in 1965 to address the educational and developmental needs of citizens and young children. Head Start programs have been operated at the local, grassroots level throughout the United States. It offers a comprehensive service system for both children and their families and thousands of children have been given the chance to do their best in order to achieve their potential in school. It provides opportunities for children to develop the building blocks for learning physical and nutritional well-being, social, emotional competence and developmental growth. Head Start works with families to support them in moving toward for self-sufficiency. It helps children to have the best chance for success in school, and is located in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
