Dr. Rohrs treats adults with depression, anxiety, and trauma-related illness in clinical settings. His special interests include adult mental health issues across the life-span, including in older adults, life adjustment issues, and trauma-focused therapy. He is skilled at performing eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).Dr. Rohrs took first place in his age group in the Pittsburgh Marathon. He is heavily into wellness and is an avid competitive distance runner who has qualified for the Boston Marathon for the past several years. He also enjoys adventure travelling and has done multi-day treks on 4 continents. He speaks English.

Tiara S. Gunnell, LPC, NCC Tiara S. Gunnell, LPC, NCC, is a behavioral health clinician with AHN Behavioral Health, specializing in perinatal mental health and women’s trauma. She performs trauma informed individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, outpatient therapy and support groups, and individual comprehensive evaluations. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Penn State Greater Allegheny in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with additional training in eye movement desensitization and repossessing, domestic violence, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and substance use disorders. Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, focusing on empowering patient autonomy, strengthening insight, and developing skills to make meaningful change. She sees patients ages 18 and older at Saint Vincent Hospital.

Ida Brockman, MD Ida Brockman, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with AHN Behavioral Health, specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Brockman enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults using a combination of medication management, therapy, and behavioral interventions. Dr. Brockman completed medical school at The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed both Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at UPMC/Western Psychiatric Hospital. During residency and fellowship, Dr. Brockman obtained specialized training in the treatment of pediatric and perinatal OCD, eating disorders, autism & developmental disorders, interventional psychiatry, as well as child & adolescent bipolar and psychotic spectrum disorders. She has received her board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is Child Psychiatry Board Eligible.
