Shepherd's View started as a vision for something greater than just a business, beyond what is just seen. It was created as a way to add beauty & joy to the communities around us. Founder, Joseph Bowers, began working in home repairs and commercial construction before settling into a landscaping position at York College. Over the next few years, Joseph developed an interest and passion to branch out on his own.
