The genesis of Title Alliance Ltd. is the Title Abstract Company of Pennsylvania, which was founded in 1948. Title Alliance Ltd. provides various services, including accounting, administration, compliance, marketing, operations, recruiting and training. The company also provides operational responsibility, accounting and escrow reconciliation, hiring, training and management of agency personnel as well as disbursements of tax returns and K1 statements.
