HistoryStarted in the I.T. field as a tech school graduate in 1999. Worked as an independent contractor for a number of years (from 2000 until 2012 while prepping to run my own business) gaining as much experience as possible. Became full time self-employed in 2012 until current time.SpecialtiesMy range of experience ranges from, software-wise, everything from Windows 95 to Windows 11, from Office 97 to Office 2021. I have have access to thousands of software programs and experience doing troubleshooting, installations and upgrades of hundreds of software programs (a bit of Mac software programs), installations and upgrades of operating systems. I also provide support (and sometimes troubleshooting and repairs when possible) via remote support access which I have done for many years. Hardware-wise, I am experienced with diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing everything from laptops, desktop computers, tablets, printers (when feasible), networking equipment, etc. I have an extensive inventory of parts (older and newer) to effect repairs, as well as offering for sale tested and guaranteed working laptops and desktops as well as numerous other computer parts and accessories. All of my work is guaranteed with years of knowledge & experience under my belt. I tend to work on a flat rate basis as I find this more affordable for customers as well as more efficient time-wise for both myself and customers.
