Access Services has been empowering individuals with special needs since 1976. We offer community day programs, respite care to communities throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. We believe that by creating a supportive community, we help every individual with special needs live a happy, fulfilling life.

We are pleased to offer the following features at our Dresher, PA townhome apartments: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, garage parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and more. Our rental townhomes are located in the Upper Dublin School District and are close to Jarrettown Elementary and Sandy Run Middle School.
