Crystal Haus, CRNP Crystal Haus, CRNP, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in cardiology, with a past focus in primary care, GI, pain management, and palliative medicine — providing the foundation for her work in cardiology. She received her Bachelor Degree in Nursing with a minor in psychology and a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. Crystal Haus sees patients ages 18 years and older.

Dr. Nestasie is a skilled interventional cardiologist with AHN Cardiovascular Institute focusing on diagnosing and treating complex heart conditions for patients. He is renowned for compassionate patient care, treatment approaches, and dedication to advancing cardiovascular health. He is skilled at coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, congestive heart failure, pulmonary embolism, structural heart disease, and left atrial appendage occlusion as well as interventional procedures pertaining to the above disease states. Dr. Nestasie attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He then completed his internal medicine residency and general cardiology fellowship at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident and Chief Cardiology Fellow. During his fellowship, He was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society through Drexel University College of Medicine for his high academic achievement and demonstration of leadership, education, and service. He has been published for his ongoing research in cardiology in various academic and scientific journals. Dr. Nestasie is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases, Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the National Board of Echocardiography. He welcomes all patients 18 years of age and older.

Dr. Mehring received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed a residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Her fellowship in cardiovascular medicine was at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. She is also certified by the National Board of Echocardiography for echocardiography. She is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Mehring treats patients 18 and older with preventive, personalized cardiovascular care. She is particularly interested in heart health for women. She is experienced in echocardiography and nuclear cardiac imaging.
