The company maintains an inventory of products in its Pittsburgh warehouse, and offers training, technical support and solution-based selling for architects, designers, retailers and tile and floor-covering contractors. Its customers include retailers and contractors in western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and parts of eastern Ohio, western New York and eastern Maryland.
