Does not participate in the national subway promotions. Placed online order for pickup at 6pm. Got there at 6:05 and they didn't even start making it yet. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting on...

Ordered a pretzel and it had to be made. Well it burnt and she still tried to give it to me thinking I didn't notice. Before it was even given to me I asked for another. Come on quit being lazy...

I love Subways Subs, however everytime i us this subway my orders are always wrong. This happen again last evening . Very disappointing. You need to work with your staff for improving this...
