Suburban Behavioral Health Campus

Established in 1944, Mercy Suburban Hospital is a 140-bed medical facility that provides various health services to communities of central Montgomery County in Pennsylvania. Located in Norristown, Pa., the hospital s services include cancer care, cardiology, diabetes education, emergency services, outpatient surgery, pain treatment and radiology services. Additionally, Mercy Suburban's geriatric resource center offers specialized programs that provide evaluation and treatment for various age-related disorders, including memory and motor disorders and incontinence. The hospital also offers women s services, such as a maternity department with qualified nurses and 24-hour, in-house neonatologists and pediatricians. It also has women's health resource center that offers ultrasound systems, a mammography system and a dual energy X-ray absorption bone density scanning for diagnosis of osteoporosis. The hospital is a part of the Mercy Health System that serves residents in southeastern Pennsylvania.
