Stone Valley Recreation Area

Carlisle Borough Parks and Recreation Department provides various recreational facilities and programs throughout the state of Pennsylvania. It has more than 10 parks that organize over 75 recreational programs for people of all ages. It organizes programs, such as bus trips, preschool classes, summer camps, special events, sports leagues and artistic talent concert series. The department also organizes more than 45 other programs, including tap and jazz dance, men s and women s volleyball leagues, theater and plays, and step aerobics and fitness programs. Its amenities include various ball fields and tennis courts, picnic pavilions, multipurpose fields, walking trails, grass volleyball courts and outdoor basketball pads. The department also has other facilities, including an amphitheater, spray pools and a tree arboretum. Carlisle Borough Parks and Recreation Department is located in and governed by the city of Carlisle in Pennsylvania.
