We started our sharpening service last year to cater to the chef community, anyone at home who likes to whip up a good meal and all of you who are just learning and getting interested in cooking.

All knives brought in are dealt with the upmost respect and care, whether they are knives you found in your kitchen drawer or your favorite expensive Japanese knife. Each knife is carefully sharpened through a wide variety of natural and synthetic whetstones; doing this ensures the sharpest and longest lasting refined edge for your knife. Tomatoes don't stand a chance after we are finished with your knives! Knife sharpening classes and recomendations on buying new knives, stones, etc. are available as well!
