It's NOT a cafe, merely a shopping center that HOUSES a cafe and a Chinese restaurant and a candy shop and a nail salon!

Service: Hostess was not the least bit friendly or welcoming. She should stay home if seating people passes her off. Waitress was all business, no smiles. Ugh.
