I am also surprised at the negative review. Whenever I have stopped in to the Malvern location, I have had excellent help and service. The plants are healthy and beautiful and reasonably priced....

I always stop here a couple of times in the spring and summer. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. They have great delivery service for bulk mulch and compost too.

Tim the owner did not replant dead boxwood that was planted in the fall (within 6 months) as promised. Stay away. He comes across as a nice guy but don't trust him.

I've been shopping here for years. We have really poor soil and last year I bought 17 trees for a wind break. 3 didn't make it and Tim replaced them for free.
