This cafe is in a great location, basically corner front of the capitol building. We dined for breakfast, and I could not get over the smell of urine. I don't know if that's a normal occurrence...

Near the capitol, affordable food, service is okay. Generous serving of full salad, Annie Oakley sub was packed too, could some more meat in tuna and philly, but I think it serves the price....
