SpecialtiesAt Revolution Muscle Therapy, an hour is 60 minutes, not 50! We believe in using a combination of massage techniques to achieve the client's goals. If relaxation is the goal, Esalen-style techniques or Myofascial release may be used to encourage the autonomic nervous system, which may also cause drowsiness. If there is pain or movement restriction, trigger point therapy or cross fiber friction techniques may be used, depending on the patient's tolerance. Heat therapy, passive and/or active range of motion and stretching, as well as Swedish massage techniques may also be used, according to client needs, physical history, and response to treatment. Postural assessment and preventive stretches may also be suggested to assist in maintaining full function and comfort. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
