Dr. Pinchas Rosenberg specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases. He has been practicing at Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic Association since 2007 in over 5 different offices in Southwestern PA. Particular areas of interest include Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal vein occlusions, and Retinal Detachment. He co-authored the chapter on diabetic retinopathy in the authoritative "Netter's Textbook of Internal Medicine, 2nd edition". After receiving his medical degree in 2001 from Northwestern University in Chicago, he completed an internship at the Alton Oshsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. This was followed by a residency in ophthalmology at Louisiana State University/Ochsner and a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at the University of North Carolina in 2007. Dr. Rosenberg was a concert violinist and performed extensively prior to beginning medical school in 1997.
