Called AAA. They were there in 15 minutes. Needed extra help with the flat and a special truck came out, patched it up. All done in 45 minutes. Kind and quick. Totally pleased.

The best shop in the area. Staff is so kind and helpful, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

My 19 year old son was passing through Altoona on his way to western PA. His vehicle shut off while driving, he pulled over and had AAA tow it to the closest garage which happened to be Reliable....

Had an appointment at 10am.I told them that I would be waiting for my vehicle. It is now 2:30pm and still waiting for my vehicle to even be pull into the shop. Waste of my time never again!

Great service and honest mechanics. I'm always confident bringing my vehicle here. I'd leave five stars, but Yelp tends to not believe me when I do - heh.
